• Management of Project Management Office and Projects Portfolio.
• As needed process development, implementation, and quality assurance for project management, production, customer service, and administration.
• Team leadership and oversight of digital media production team productivity, profitability, and accountability.
• Lead project manager and client liaison for large-scale and high-risk projects:  Identifying customer requirements.  Consultation for solutions.  Business process mapping and design.  Use cases.  Project scope, requirements definition, and technical specifications in collaboration with technical specialists.  Project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.  Management of client expectations.  Quality assurance.  Implementation oversight.
• Creative design lead as needed.
• Content/text generation, writing, editorial review and guidance, CMS and/or blog updates, and hands-on editing as necessary.
• Direct “hands-on” production tasks and customer technical support as needed.
